Abstract
Statistical theory of the intermittent chaos is formulated
in the framework of the renewal process of the semi-markovian
class. Several model systems are analyzed by the method of
the symbolic dynamic realization. The variety of the intermittent
phenomena are classified, and the meanings of the asymptotic
non-stationary chaos are discussed from the information-theoretic
viewpoint.
