ADVANCED GENE MAPPING/LINKAGE COURSE
December 12-16, 2005

The course will be held every day from 9:00AM - 5:00PM in Room 302 of the Weiss Building on the Rockefeller University campus, located at 1230 York Avenue (entrance at 66th Street).

Each session will start with a theoretical introduction followed by practical exercises.  Instructors for the course are Goncalo Abecasis, Laura Almasy, David Clayton, Heather Cordell and Suzanne Leal. Please feel free to bring your own data sets for discussion and/or analysis.


MONDAY - December 12

Non-parametric linkage analysis of pedigree data and sib-pair data for qualitative and quantitative traits.
