A Bibliography on
Variance Components Analysis of
Human Quantitative Traits

--
The concept of variance component was introduced by RA Fisher in 1918. Using variance component is most popular in animal and plant genetics. This list is more limited, to papers on using variance components in human linkage analysis (more or less, but not completely strict). It is compiled by WentianLi of Rockefeller University, with many suggestions from Chris Amos. Currently, the number of papers listed is around 70 (Last updated: July 25, 2002)
